It is the worst place to stay at Panchmari, don't put your money on this Hotel, rather don't come only.Staff was fine, but there was no one to switch on Generator at night when there was power cut for 3 hours, their phone doesn't work, washrooms are pathetic, when I asked owner to partially cancel my stay due to such sufferings, she refused to do so, not at all spending your holidays at this place, also doesn't help out.

Overall stay was good.Pros. 1. staff is very polite and helpful.2. Food is awesome. Every dish served was great.3. Big size room with good bedding.4. Location is also very good.Cons1. I thought there is a window but actually that window opens in corridor so you can not open it. There is no other ventilation in the room.

Zero Stars to the service!!We have booked wowstayz serenity for three days for some . With the service of breakfast alonwith lunch. We arrived at this hotel by 1 pm and we ordered our lunch and we were told to get lunch by 1.30 but they served it by 2:20 pm with cold rotis. We called them thrice but they didnt delivered the food on time. Our son of just two years slept hungry even his parents paid for the food. The wifi service and room service . Worst hotel experience ever. Two more days to go. Lets see whats coming next

Lovely experience.hotel is located in a mid of pachmarhi. everything is near to the hotel location the spots , waterfall everything. The best part is the rooms. the rooms are spacious,neat and clean. we booked super AC delux rooms with nominal rates as compared to any hotels in pachmarhi and it was awesome. The breakfast is super delicious 😋 i and my husband enjoyed it but the food ie lunch and dinner is not upto the mark we didn't liked it instead we had lunch/dinner in Rasoi and beta bawarch ...more
