Room was not proper clean. Food stains were in the furniture corners.
Towels were in poor & torn condition.
Breakfast provided were unhygienic. We all have vomited 2-3 times on road after checkout on 19th June.

Room was vrey small and smelly.
No exhaust suffocating environment in room.
staff was very rigid to flexible behaviour.
No complementary tea drinks.
why it's called deluxe room.

the stay was horrible no heated water, the toilet seat don’t work properly, the landline was also not working at all, sheets were dirty.. my overall experience was horrible

It was not a pleasant stay at this hotel, it is overhyped, photos are edited ....very bad experience with the hotel.....no cleaning..having a bad smell in the entire property......
