    room service is worst, and also they don't know how to serve food in restaurant, we have to wait for atleast 10 min to just get water, and also they don't have bisleri bottle, only server aaro water which is evern worst then there service

    very bad experience no facilities at all there photocopy machine is not working No facilities in room of anything nothing was there to make coffe or tea they have just given a kettle and there is no privacy they are capturing photos of ID in their phone and in night there wase lots of sound even a person can't sleep properly the 2 star rating is just for cleaning nd welcoming in front counter many problems specially don't know sound in high volume was running very horrible experience

    This hotel is situated at very good locality of jaipur and the ambiance and everything is very nice neat and clean rooms and staff of hotel staff is very polite special mention for dilip the reception manager she is very polite and humble

    Our flight unexpectedly got cancelled and we had to make an unscheduled stay at Jaipur. We heard of this amazing hotel right besides the airport, and I must say that it was a great experience staying here. The rooms, the service, and the hospitality was exceptional. A special mention to the food that they provided here. It was delicious! Thank you for all of this!
