Room is very good, Spacious.. Value for money.But service is pathetic.I hv stayed two days,2nd day cleaning done after multiple Reminder.Coffee powder is there, but no kettle? Overall poor service

Really nice rooms location is also good in the centre of the city rooms spacious very clean and tidy super bathroom comfortable beds

still need to improve quality of room. staffs are not much experienced and really slow. overall it's just average experience

I am booked by a King size bed but the hotel staff gave me a twin bed, I asked to change my requested room style but the hotel staff forced me to cancel the booking at the time of 1.30 AM(Mid night).it's not the right way there is 0 transparent to book the room worst experience ever I stayed

The rooms are clean, not spic and span but clean. They serve south Indian breakfast idli, vadai, pongal, upma and dosai & eggs to order. A juice, bread butter jam, cornflakes, tea and coffee. A pretty decent for the breakfast included variant.

I asked for 3 bed room there was only one king size bed and the third bed was on the floor Is this the way you treat your customers I am totally disappointed

Room was spacious but cleanliness was not up to the mark. Bed sheets were having blood stains and mattress was having fungal stains. Floor was dusty, not properly cleaned. Bathroom was clean. They allowed 1 hour late checkout but we checked in 7 hours late and when we requested for 3 hours late check out, they said its chargeable and system is calculating it automatically. Buffet breakfast taste was ok and the staffs were really helpful. Enough underground parking space was also there. Overall it was not that bad
