room not clean, cockroaches, smelling, dusty,
room was not changed by receptionist and told us to spray hit for cockroaches and smell.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel Brijvas Vrindavan.
1. Warm Welcome: The staff provided an exceptional welcome, making the check-in process seamless and enjoyable.
2. Luxurious Rooms: The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed, equipped with all the modern amenities.
I have booked standard rooms but at the end they have upgraded my room to DELUX ROOMS.
3. Comfortable Stay: The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room offered breathtaking views.

This Hotel is at the corner of the city and far from each place. The staff is bit rude and we found cockroaches all over the place. They changed the room on request but the hotel seems to be bit old and could have been maintained well to welcome guests. You will find most of the items in food menu are not available or not being served.

Overall, my experience with this hotel was good, but it’s important to note that you can only stay here and must bring your own towel, soap, and shampoo. Considering the price, the hotel feels quite expensive as it lacks basic facilities.

Only a few things which were good about the hotel for me was that they changed our one of the rooms upon request and the staff behaviour was fine, although lacked professionalism.
Other things, the condition of the bathrooms were very poor, almost all the fittings of bathrooms couldn't be touched because of rusting.
The food was not good at all, plus they didn't have their own kitchen, the food was ordered from nearby dhabha with poor quality.

rooms are very bad...bed was making cracking noise so unable to sleep, no maintenance at all. doorbell was not working, bathroom were in very bad condition..i stayed there twice in last 2 years, same exp
