No hot water in bathroom
TV is not in work
no towels in room hotel management said they didn't have towel for us
Bedsheet are very dirty and blankets also

I loved the experience, according to the budget and expense of staying, it's very comfortable and plus the area around the hotel is quite good. You feel safe and overall worth the penny.

worst hotel I have ever seen shower was not working, they declined our complaint of hot water and gave a reason it's only available in early morning but the check-in time is 12 so what should we do without hot water and they are behaving rudely when we complain of anything

it was very nice staying at hotel shagun residency 😊, our stay here is very comfortable and easy, both cold and hot water available in the shower, very cool and not so loudly placed, we like to go into this hotel, it's also budget friendly, we like to stay here ☺️

Very poor and extremely worst experience total wastage of money, very dirty toilet, no Food available, no Cleanliness, no service , dissatisfied at all
