Disappointing Stay – Downgraded Room & Wrongly Charged for TV DamageI stayed at Shahpura Barliyas, Udaipur from 24th to 26th June 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.I arrived early and politely requested early check-in, which was accommodated after almost 3 hours. Property is good. However, staff service is poor. We were calling again and aging for filling up water or for any other matter, but the staff came very late. Also, some basic things were not available in the room, like glass for drinking water and napkin. etc. Also the swimming pool is only 4 feet deep. Rooms are very spacious , and furniture is good. Parking facility is available. However, it can not accommodate all guests in case the hotel is full in tourists' rush. The hotel is very good for staying for families.
