Not valued for money. Fan has no regulator. Bed is very very rough and hard to sleep. More over AC main switch is in the reception.

we checked in and got a room on the 2nd floor, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. disappointed! the room's condition was subpar - diwal pe kuch jagah ki paint remove ho gai thi. the cleanliness was also an issue; the room was ganda. the washroom had problems - tap not working properly, flush, jet spray too. even the jar (water container) and blanket were not up to the mark; the blanket was ganda smell kr rh th.we requested a room change and got a new room on the 3rd floor. this ...more

Not satisfied bcoz while i booked hotel , hotel not mentioned that in breakfast there is only one item we can give u while i ordered 2 items they asking for extra charge, most of hotels give 2-3 items or unlimited buffet. Staff n service good n room n bathroom average

we had booked a deluxe room ac for one night stay.although the booking was already done and the full payment was also paid in advance through, the front office guy insisted to fill up each and every information per every single column in their registration ledger book!normally, on pre confirmed bookings, the hotels ( both in India and abroad) are just taking the copies of the IDs and just asking to sign in towards the check in date and time.so, the check in process of the hotel shalimar deluxe ...more

Worst experience. I have booked 3 rooms out of that one room's AC was not working. They have charged 1000 rupees extra for early checking and i have complained about the AC but they have neither fixed that nor they have changed the room.

Good location and the room is ok but the complimentary breakfast is a big scam. Dusty tables and no options for food. They had to give something since we had a complimentary breakfast. It was a total waste of money. Zam Zam and many other good restaurants are the next buildings to the hotel. Overall except food, everything okok

very Bad Experience. Rude Staff, towels and bedsheets are dirty, small bathroom. They charge service tax on the food items which are ordered during stay. isse accha toh koi hotel book kar lena.
