The room was clean and all amenities were good. Location of the hotel is really good. Just 15 mins drive from Leh airport. Food at the restaurant is very oily and the same breakfast menu everyday.

shambhala resort leh - hotel ambiance was good, but room amenities should be better...unfortunately, even a few things were not available which were shown during the actual booking... service not good, service should be prompt...so overall rating is average.

There was an indefinite delay in delivering services to the room. Delay in serving hot water, delay in serving food.
The Breakfast buffet was horrible, with no options and sub-standard material used for preparing food.
The restaurant area was very un-hygienic.
There was no Inter-Comm in the room.
No electric kettle. No shower gel. Very low standard shampoo was given.
We upgraded to super deluxe room during checkin and to our shock the room was completely different as shown in the Goibibo a ...more

Awesome hospitality and special thankful for mr Amandeep . He has provided excellent services and welcoming. I absolutely recommend to community.
I liked to room cleaning is amazing and food is superb and breakfast is very good quality. Buffet is excellent.

very very pathetic condition of hotel. They dont even have good mattresses (photograph attached).
