the hotel doesn't have the amenities that they offer.
no tv in the room
there is no drinking water which is essential.
bathroom door doesn't have a locking system.
the hotel is near the wine shop and dark area, not suitable for family.

very bad attitude no tv working no flush working in restroom and tored bed ac is not clean and sound is also coming from ac very bad hotel 😑

good morningshambhavi hotel,udupi , where self+2 family members stayed on 15 th nov 2024 night. the room was booked in advance and payment was also done in advance but on arrival at hotel, the room no 210 which was allotted to me, was not cleaned , bed sheet, pillow covers are dirty. fan regulator malfunctioning , max speed of fan is as low as if it is on 2-3 speed. ac effect was not effective as window of dressing space which was attached to room was not getting closed properly. tv was just ha ...more

the rooms were smelling bad. on asking for room freshner, they did not bring that also, lots of mosquito, could not sleep whole night

stay was not nice. Horrible experience. No drinking water. Room was stinking, extra mattress was dirty. I won't refer to anyone to stay here, atleast family
