We stayed at Hotel Shamyana for a night in April 2025. Hotel location is at a dead end inside a narrow lane and it was a challenge parking and taking the car out. The staff is very helpful. Room was clean. Linens, towels and pillows were clean. Hot water and air conditioning worked as expected. There was no internet connectivity and the TV was fixed after we raised a complaint.

This is a good hotel, the rooms were clean and well maintained, only I found this hotel a bit expensive as per the prices, otherwise everything else was fine..

please change the mattress ..they have 2 single mattress on double bed which always gets apart while sleeping and leaves a empty canal like space in between which makes us uncomfortable to sleep
try using single double bed size mattress on your double bed please

The hotel was very clean for the price so very pleasantly surprised. What was not pleasant however was that I was asked to vacate the room before 12 am especially despite having told the receptionist that I checked in late night around 1 AM. It should be basic decency to ask guests for late check-out especially when your rooms are lying vacant. I had to sit at reception for over an hour. The male receptionist was leaps and bounds better than the woman receptionist doing the morning shift. Would have given a 5 star but for shabby treatment

The worst experience ever. Bed mattress doesn’t have any support it will move here and there while sleeping. TV wasn’t working. Washroom doesn’t have water on time had to call them 6 times then it came. Washroom lock was pathetic. Overall worst experience.
