average hotel without lift facility. cost of the hotel is excess as compared to amenities provided.

Given a very nice room at 2nd floor. As hotel is not having lift very difficult for going up and down. They are telling work in progress lift will be functional soon. Food is good at own restaurant. Room service also good. I liked the hotel, only flaw is non availability of Lift.
