bad and worst experience in hotel privacy, any customer can without knock the room. proved that the cctv, but hotel reception can not action the matter, hotel GM behaviour worst baddest, hotel receptionist silent the cover the matter, i am badly experience, i have lot of time booking becoz i am confused, pastly i was seen the reveiew,1st l have already cancel the room now i am thinking my past decession is correct, if i have the cancel the room i am not suffer this time
