Very bad experirence & seriously very pathetic hotel. I have booked this hotel and gone with my wife, the person on the reception area demanded my id after looking at our ids he said what is the proof of your relation that you are husband & wife ? I have shown my marriage registration also made a complaint to customer care. After all this hassle he allowed to check in.
2.) Not provided any water for whole 24 hrs stay.
3.) Not even provided towel in the room.
4.) Deluxe thali which i ordered food taste is was worst.
Its not 3rd class but even more worst hotel i have seen in my whole life.
