    booked 180 SFT room they given 100 SFT room, no hot water , no ceiling fan, no AC remote, bath room tap not working properly in 301 room they given

    as i had rated this hotel average because hotel bathrooms are very small and pillows bed sheets and mattress were dirty. no luggage assistance provided
