no amenities available (t.v ,geyser,room bedsheet , blanket )room service not good , staff member short and not responsible person and food test not good ( food not available like lemon milk ) jo room pic me batae he wo bhi available nahi karaye he hotel member ka behavior bhi sahi nahi tha all over stay nahi kerna this hotel chiter hotel
blanket singel single ,room not cline , bathroom not Cline and toilets sheet breakable

the worst hotel seen in my life is shilpgram,no cupbords,no intercom,no TV,no parking,geysers not working properly,no chair,no table in a room

Hotel location is away from crowd of city and traditional theme of hotel and garden is too good if you like that kind of culture.

The place is fusion of hut and modern amenities. Nice and peaceful place . They have weaver inside the hotel. One can spend time to understand the process and cultural background.

it is fine for travellers but not at all for tourist who are looking for a comfort stay...hotel outside ambience is good but food service is not proper.

Hotel environment was awesome, that's what I loved most there.
Hotel service is good, and rooms are comfortable. It's good hotel to spend leisure time and spend some time in traditional rooms.

The cleanliness was slightly below avaeage..there were cobwebs near the tube light..the restaurant was not very clean..tea cups were dirty..the rooms were beautiful..geyser size was small so.it caused us inconvenience in getting hot water quickly..

It's a nice small hotel with two lovely cottages at the back where we stayed. The cottages are really nice,give a very rural feel and are quite comfortable.
Food was above avg but not great.
