Hotel is near to Manali Bus stop. So this is a plus point. Hotel staff were polite. Rooms were not so great but i think it justifies at the price point.

A very very very poor experience, no food facility, no drinking water facility, they give hot drinking water from geyser tap, so smelly and dirty room.... Rooms were not up to mark. most the the rooms were damaged. Geyser not working in most of the rooms. Kitchen facilities not available. Staffs were well behaved but not experienced to resolve issues. Mini budget people can stay which will be costing 500 per room. Security level is very poor. washroom not covered from outside. Washroom not at all upto security level because of washroom window is permanent open from where anyone can watch you from outside. I have to covered the window with towel for use.
