The hotel was so in such poor condition that i have to take another stay. I have already raised issue and still waiting for my refund. It is a fraud. Staying there with free is also not possible due to hotels horrible situation. It is not safe at all even for men as well. It was all dark and dirty there, construction here. Complete messNot sure how the travel company with such big name approve these kinda hotels on its platform

Unclean bathrooms, TV not working, untidy bed. Only location is good. Unable to provide lunch on my first day.

Location of Hotel is beautiful. It is located on the main road and just opposite to Historical Park of IMPHAL. It's very near to Thangal Bazar , the important market place of IMPHAL. It has restaurant and food is good . It is safe hotel for family, business and couple. Staffs are good and supportive.
It was average. Entry of the hotel is very narrow. Steps of Stairs are small. It has no lift. Reception is on First Floor.

Terrible experience, only one light blanket provided.. Despite of repeated request, no extra blanket was provided. TV was non-recharged, no backup power supply... Had to use cell phone flash for morning urgencies. Overall had a bad experience.

Very bad experience, the electric power was gone from 5pm evening to 9am in the morning, there was no power back up. A lots of mosquito, toilet was horible , it's at 4th floor, there is no lift. Towels ,shops, toothbrush are not provided

person at reception is the only thing good about this hotel otherwise everything else is worst
