Yesterday I was near by the hotel location and I could not find the hotel. I called the hotel and they refused saying I don't have a room available. We will not be able to give you the room and none of your bookings have come to us, neither tell me the location nor give me the room and drive me away from there.Kindly return my money which I have paid Rs.3118 and also did not give me the room. The hoteliers were abusing more on the phone.
