Socket are broken, some Tv channels are showing other are non subscribe,In morning light of hotel come and go many times,in bathroom hot water not coming..too much bad experience

it’s horrible experience.
they are not professional they have just their own house converted into villa . there is no bell inside the room when someone is coming in the room directly opened the room no security at all .
in the night they knock the room . food is also not tasty it was horrible they just provide onion salad to someone and people doesn’t use so they provide same used salad to others in same plate . they have no neat and clean room it’s very hygienic

The receptionist wasn't of much help when asked about points and Mount Abu. The receptionist and hotel in charge were slow in service where rented out a vehicle from them and had to wait unnecessarily long for no reason. Could've been better, overall the hotel is great but the staff needs to get better. The hotel is a little deeper in Mount Abu, not exactly near the market area.
