we are not cheking to hotel for some medical issues ...and this inform to hotel by call and msg ....and hence we request to hotel shivay for refund my payment by rule ...and I knwon that Shen we are not cheking to hotel in this situation refund are applicable but hotel shivay not responding ....hotel shivay says that payment not received from company ...its fraud
