Very bad experience couple friendly hotel is telling but the behavior of the staff here is completely wrong and rude, due to this I had to leave the booking in the middle and go to another place, very bad behavior

I have booked a stay for my relatives at this hotel. Since, they were coming from far place, I completed all the formalities in advanced with their IDs. Surprisingly, they repeated the whole procedure again when my relatives reached at the hotel! Overall, the experience of their stay was also below expectations.

Rooms are Average. Price is higher. Yes, but one of the good hotel to stay in area. Nobody care to reply from reception or Room service in early morning. Staff is average too. Will definitely stay in future as there is no other option available.

This is the best hotel in Mehsana for official stay. Poddar and Byju employees too stay over here. Food is not that great. Water is lukewarm. Ambiance is pretty much decent and Modhera Road circle is nearby
