Worst hotel to stay. Price is so high you will get much better hotel at half price. Bad Customer Support. Parking always unavailable. Room interior and washroom is in bad condition. Have stayed in this hotel thrice but would never recommend nor will stay. Suggestion to viewer of this comment chose your hotel wisely never invest in this property.

One of the best hotel options available in Gaurikund, Sonprayag and Sitapur region to stay at. After staying for the second time on my return trip from Kedar valley, i appreciate the after hours attentiveness of staff and the warm welcome by them each and every time.
Complete 3-4 star hotel amenities available, also proximity to bus station in sonprayag makes a recipe for convenient stay. Buffet options with warm and fresh food are available for hotel guests and travelers (non-guests) which makes the kitchen a worthwhile stop for anyone in sonprayag and sitapur region.

Best Property to experience a proper hotel stay in Kedarnath region with proper hotel like amenities, and also it serves as a base point for pilgrims travelling or trekking to Kedar valley.
Perfect check-in and check-out without any hassle, also room service is good although during my stay they were short staffed as it was November and it is the season end. But they managed it professionally, a few hiccups can be observed during season end but nothing which can't be ignored as this hilly region is quite difficult to operate.

We stayed for one night and experience is average, the way they pretend to be vally resort. Nad experience are,Geezer was not working, they didn't provide toiletries and room was dirty.

Worst customer service ever. They forgot the food order and i waited for 3 hours and then when i called back they bought food from outside and made me pay for order while delivering the food. There was no water and parking situation is also bad and the service was like for 1000 rs room washroom was smelling no internet connection. When i asked them for the wifi they were like you can come into the lobby and use it.It just the experience was bad
