The hotel is under construction and no facilities are available even basic things are not available,

Not recommended for couple/ female to book this hotel. There is no services at all after paying all the charged gst/ service charges.Unprofessionalism behaviour. There is no customer centricity. Hotel staff need to change their mindset.They should know how to deal with customer.

Very bad experience...very dirty hotel ... Even Rs 500 is too much.To stay at Hotel Shivam... washroom is like a public toilet....and room is like.... Stations waiting room is much better thanEven I said to receptionist thrice time pls clean ...but nothing happenI dnt trust hotel Shivam ...ver very bad experience

No proper cleaning, fan and AC were very dirty, after many time request then towel given, no changed towel and bedsheet next day. no food available at hotel, if anyone wants low budget with limited services then only go for this hotel, if anyone want to stay near main temple then also avoid.

Very bad Hotel and facility. Even after booking a hotel with children they are not provide children site bed ( as shown in photo). They are only provide bed without bed sheet which quality also very bad. No Proper cleaning .Toilet flush not working. Hot water also for limited time. NOT RECOMEND FOR FAMILY.

room service not available on call, bathroom not much big and clean also hot water not available, tv not worked,this not for family and peaceful, this os guest house or like dharmashala type.food service not available,it is costly compare to pay amount.
