Hotel is not providing basic amenities. In winter season Hot water geyser was not working, water overflow from wash basin discharge, No provision of hot water cattle & tea /milk pouches, used bedsheet with dirty spots & female bunch of hairs was provided. no tower bolt in bathroom, sandy mat with lot of dust. Room was in dirty condition . Even on repeated reminder to reception no improvement found. OVERALL WORST EXPRIENCE. Also called twice but no satisfactory answer / solution observed. Breakfast was included in hotel booking charges, but not provided.

worst experience lot of issue at the time of check inthen i called manager got to know that booking could get cancelled so arranged item somehow still building is not proper constructed, phone line is not working you to ground floor from second floor every time to get any itemmoreover i went 5 times to ask for just the towelalso night 2 o’clock some random person knocking at door claiming he will break the door if no one open itvery bad management and worst ever stay experience.
