bad experience to stay at this hotel. the check-in experience was pathetic where the senior person treated us badly. they don't even have the printer to print id proofs, rather they take photos of id proof in their phone which isn't safe at all. the bedsheet and pillows had so so many hairs on it, they didn't even clean the room before giving us. the bathroom was dirty and didn't have toilettries. no mineral water provided but ro water given is not at all cold. room size is so so small and conge ...more
