I booked Accomodation @Sri Hotel Gajalakshmi fm 31/01/25 to 02/02/25 2days. I infd to the Hotel by email 4days back ,that I will be reaching on 1st early mor 1'O'Clock.When i contacted Y day N 2 day early mor,Ringing No response.
After reaching the Hotel , Hotel incharge is Sleeping N further I was No room available N asked to Search near by. Very bitter Exp N big Hardship.Payment made to be Refunded with Penalty .

very bad hotel with in I stayed in my whole life. -00000 star category but you shows 3 star why you show 3 star on your valuable app.
it is bad for your goodwill you shows 3 star for which hotel not deserve and it not a hotel no Reception only one staff. I am not staying that hotel and check out with out stay. you should refund my amount.

water supply was not available
doors locks was not locking it’s remain open.
no security at all .
and washroom was very dirty

Spider net, wall paan patches, not clean, bed sharp corner any can injured, mirror not clean, staff not cooperative, one shivaa do not pick phone, home stay type, narrow stairs, shabby..., geyser magic type, bad experience, only location Good, staff do not know how to clean, no manager , no owner , faltu., no drinking water.
