it was a decent hotel,walkable distance from New Delhi railway station,excellent staff behavior, good for family, stay was pleasant

one of the best thing about this hotel that the hotel is on road not in any street wo we get texi cad anything just outside of the hotel
the hotel is neat and clean , staff is very good , bed is comfartable

Its an horrible experience I have faced staying in this hotel. TV was not working, Geaser was also not working even they denied to serve hot water. No staff for service My booking was in full advance payment with non refundable, i suggest not to book non refundable property ,they are not physically varified.Hotel is in Good market place but disgusting experience staying in this property
