no water in washroom in the morning.. very muddy water came for some time initially and after couple of minutes that also stopped... pathetic experience. never visiting this hotel again

cleaniness 4/5, hygiene 4/5, room service 3/5, overall experience 4.5/5Probabaly they dont have enough menu cards, and room service didnt pick calls on time, i called 6 times then they picked twice, they didnt keep food menu card in room we have to call them for menucard then they will send to room, otherwise all good.
