lift is not working. Water supply not working. staff are non cooperative.. .. fraud ... worst experience ever faced during stay... not recommend anyone to stay in such hotel.

Pathetic place AC not working/ Cleanliness zero/ no friendliness. Even linen and towels were even worse. So not recommending this place to any one.

Normal deluxe double room does not have 24 hrs hot water facility. Only after 6 am in the morning hours. A draw back indeed.

This may be one of the good hotels in the town but as per its pricing, its not well maintained. AC, TV all electricall appliences are not properly maintained. Place is not properly cleaned. Food was good. Service is also good.

1) Over prized rooms.
2) Bath room not maintained: exhaust not working. Toilet flush was hanging and water leaking.
3) No complimentary water bottle provided, which is minimum expectation not written in hotel offer.

The Hotel is about 1km from the Railway station, can walk it , if you have less or no luggage with you.
This was my second stay at this place, as the search didn't throw up many options in manmad. Given the remoteness of the place this is a good place to stay. They provide basic toiletries as in shampoo sachet, soap, and a towel. Food is average, Rooms need a urgent overhauling , as it is begging for a fresh coat of paint , fresh towels etc. ( i got a stinky one myself). Bed linen looked clean, ...more
