Overpriced if I compare it with properties in Delhi NCR or elsewhere. TV was not working. One has to visit reception personally to seek even drinking water and that is also charged. Only property which doesn't provide even free drinking water.

It was a very good place to start. Hospitality by Bhanwar Singh sir was good and informative. He arranged vehicle for desert safari at affordable prices. It’s near to major tourist locations. Would recommend others to visit Jodhpur and stay here. Hotel rooms are old fashioned but appropriate for money.

very bad service..... cheapest stay rooms..high class people not deserving these typ palace so plz can't stay...I have very bad experience....no cleniless....no washroom clean....

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Personally I would never recommend this hotel. very poor service and disgusting rooms plus they don't provide with a blanket. Uncomfortable place to stay and uncorporative staff. They should work on there rooms and cleaniness, tht too this booking was for some of my guest can't tell how disappointed we are. Hope the hotel see to the problems and do something about it.

It was a small room with less leg room and no windows, without light even at 7 AM it felt like night. also, it's a bit far from tourist spots. you can find better hotels with spacious rooms in the same price range.

rooms are cleaned. car parking available but rooms are costly near umaid bhawan, approx 2 kilometers.

Rooms are not upto the mark...small and painting of rooms not good.,needs renovation, lights poor, improper, needs urgent maintenance
