We booked delux room and the manger gave us normal rooms. In normal rooms, All basic facilities were missing.. Packaged Drinking water was not good, in tap water tap was not working properly, gyser was not there. And the manager was not interested in solving any of the problems. Pathetic experience !!

The hotel's outdoor location is too good, but the room has an average score . service is also ok ok. But the lawn is good for morning walks.

We liked the place as it was very nice to organise the group of people.Food was too good. A little care to be taken about room cleanliness..Not so clean. Overall satisfied.

Location is good near to railway station 500mtr from chhindwara junction.my experience is average for service very slow and due to marriage function in this property, hotel do not have room for me than, manager shifted me to another new property which is 300 mtr away from this hotel,and that was not satisfied no hot water in shower, and i booked deluxe room , and he gave me normal room.
