Beautiful Hotel & attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was properly managed with the essentials.hotel is well situated, being close to malls,transport. I would definitely stay there again.

Very cordial service, right from picking up baggage to dropping off, good breakfast and food. I would however rather walk to the attached restaurant than order delivery to the room.

very bad, poor & a worst experience we had at the checkout. the staff at the reception was quite rude & pathetic. they should indeed learn manners for how to be humble & polite in a service industry. note for all that please don't use towels because I have been charged for using a towel also even after paying for much for the room. never ever recommended to anyone. pathetic experience.
