The stay was very good, didn't have such issues, staffs & services were good, cleanliness was also pretty good.Overall had a good experience with my family.

Ambience, Hospitality etc. etc.....Even the hotel was in a different name hence took more than a hour to locate...the real name is Holy City

Hotel was average, room service was not good. Intercom and Led TV were also not working.
AC was doing noise and rooms were very small.
