Rooms were clean and the balcony offered scenic view to the malnad's early morning beauty. Add access to hot waters beyond 10 AM and the lift worked without any trouble. We checked in late at 11:20PM and the receptiontionist was courteous even in the late hour.

The extra payment details is never told in the beginning. It looks like they were waiting to inform only at check our time. Even though we asked the check out time and we exited by then we were given additional bill.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it ha ...more

rooms were very spacious and very hygienic including bathrooms. a kitchen was also provided. the distance between the temple and hotel is a little higher. transportation facility is a problem. it is good that the hotel itself provides the transportation facility.
