the hotel rooms and food was very nice and hygienic.
the only improvement needed is in the staff service.
the ground staff and the restaurant staff both need to be more prompt in the customer service.
whatever we ask had to be repeated several times in room as well as in the restaurant.

check-in is seamless bed and room condition not like 4 star property. bathroom is very dirty, bad odor, rusty shower, faucets. property is good but not maintenaned properly, staffs are also not very professional. this is my second stay after 2 years. first experience was good but now you can say very bad..

It is one of the nicest budget hotel at a very good location, food is also good, clean and convenient with gym and restaurant at ground floor of the hotel

Review - this hotel is not at all recommended, staff is very rude,
They event don't provide any towels, complementary water
Location is god for the hotel as it's near Prem Mandir but during Darshan timings convence is also not available
We need to carry our luggage on e- rickshaw to reach to our cabs

different room than picture. ac not working. dirty washroom. wifi very slow. fans making squeaky noises
