This is the first time I had such a bad experience at a Shriram Group hotel. I have stayed at Shriram Group hotels many times before, like Shriram Empire and Madhuram Royal.
This time the front office manager Balram yadav treated me very badly.
There is no way to tell them anything. The rest of the staff was a very good experience. The food is also very good. The entire journey gets spoiled because of one staff member.
Please take action against balram yadav.

The hotel was in a prime location and the room had good amenities. but the staff of the hotel is not cooperating they are rigid. As per my first experience I was not good with this hotel I am not recommended to anyone next time.
