I booked this hotel from 7th Nov to 12 th Nov with breakfast included.Entire amount paid before check in. When I reached, staff said they have no room for me as they have put it for cancellation. I came with my son here to for his participation a national level taekwondo tournament.When I introduced myself to be an advocate and insisted showing my payment voucher they somehow showed me a room with broken dirty bed with 5th leg added to it's broken part. After booking the hotel manager called me (1 week before checkin) to know whether i would checkout early in the morning or not. I told that I will checkout before your checkout time(i.e. 12 noon). But they repeatedly forced me to checkout within 10am. Ultimately I agreed though I did not like it.
During checkin they told me that they have not received the payment(though it was fully paid to goibibo), so I have to pay the money to the hotel. Then after calling 4 separate persons they allowed us ...more
