Very very bad experience, toilet are very dirty. Rooms are bad. Smelly 🤢rooms disgusting. They don't even provide drinking water. Pathetic and disgusting.

The room was not provided as per specificationsAir conditioner was not working and has charged for AC roomThe luggage was not handled properly and the handles was broken by the staff of the hotelthe stay was horrible. I tried calling the manager of the hotel but no one responded.No bellboy no hot water. pathetic hotel.

this was the first room allotted to us. very small and congested for 2 adults.
cupboard doors could not be opened because of the large bed posts.
hardly enough space to walk
could not keep luggage under the bed also

Very poor service. There is no negative rating, otherwise I could have rated -2. Room was dusty. Not cleaned properly. Kept used scrubber in the wash basin. Tap was broken. if they are giving good service, they could have avoided above these points. Ac was not working. Waited for 2 hours. Then they shifted to another room.No parking. Horrible experience.

Smelly rooms and no Hot water facilities...dirty Carpets, no blanket given...never choose this hotel for stay with family....
