The hotel was excellent — very clean and neat throughout. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for quality service and a comfortable environment.

Selected travel date to 15 to 16 but since the time of my booking was at 10 pm in the night y'day, the app has taken as 12 pm of 16th to 11am of 17th which I could not notice. At night 12, guests went there to find no room and with great difficulty stayed somewhere else with disturbing me. For no I stay I paid 3700/- ?
Courtesy was poor. At night 12, at least since we paid, they could have accommodated the guests and edited voucher accordingly
