there is no room service on their own. they dont come to clean the rooms unless asked. washrooms are also not good which has to be good. air conditioners are also not very cool. in superior rooms, they dont even offer a complimentary water bottle. door locks and handles are damaged.
not worthy for the price i paid.

location is just perfect . parking good . basic amenities available. don’t expect a very luxurious room . but nonetheless it’s value for money hotel

Horrendous Hotel. They charge like a 3* or a 4* hotel but their rooms seem to be built 2 centuries back with half of the furniture missing l, non functional TV and power going every one hour. The staff don't care to listen to any requests even when the hotel condition is such. The only advantage of the hotel is its location. Would not recommend this to anyone. They do not even provide mineral water for a room and needs to be purchased separately. Book it at your own risk. I made the mistake of booking it for 3 days. Wasn't able to stay for more than a day.

this is the second time I am facing same issues that ac not working
just because this hotel is nearby temples they are harassing clients

The Hotel Rooms was smelly, Light in rooms are very poor, blankets are in worst condition. Overall stay was pathetic. When i was check in the hotel the room was very poor. I asked at reception to change the room but they sent room freshener. Ordered food but the staff at kitchen was not supportive. They tell ek baar boliye order hoga dubara kuch nahi hoga. Not recommended for the family travellers.Full Wastage of money.

Well located nicely built but poorly maintained property. Most of the Room electrical switches and many fittings like TV etc. not working which was most irritating.

locations are very nearby to banke Bihari Temple..all staff behaviour r very polite.room r very clean.. bed sheet and towel are maintain very hygiene..I visit again this hotel
