The receptionist response towards the customer is not good and no proper answer over call and the amenities are not provided completely. we have to go and ask for everything that is listed.

I was recently visited they are charged amount for ac deluxe room but inside room ac is not working I went 4 times to reception for ac remote they are doing our staff will come,but no one is not come. horrible experience better don't go this hotel.

stay was good, giving 3 stars as there was no hot water available in the morning.
they confirmed the hot water will be available from 6am-10am but there was none!

stayed here with family including elderly and kids. we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. basic food is available at the durga restaurant downstairs. location is very convenient and not too far from the main temple. staff was very polite and helpful. would definitely recommend this place.
only improvement i can suggest is to replace some lights and electrical fixtures apart from having a mosquito net on the main glass window. in non-ac configuration the windows can't be opened at night due to mosquitos from the adjoining plot.

Unhappy with the room stay , cleanliness, rude customer service.
As attached blood stain on the bed sheets, no towels, and Air conditioner was not working.
Never recommend this hotel.

Nice stay we had there. Bathroom was clean and hot water available only limited time both evening and morning.

1. bath room was not good.
2. room was average ( expected to be more cleaner)
3. No response from reception when requested for bath room clean.
for same price, other hotel gives better service.
