Room service is not good room cleaning also not good. 1. Drinking water if you need go and filled your bottle Ground floor water cooler 2. Telephone not working. 3. TV not working.

In this hotel room is perfect but washroom and boothroom are wrost, the Tap is very dirty and toilet is broken and his serving cattle is very dirty.

i would say that my stay experience at the hotel was below average, wifi was not working properly, a/c was also not working properly, shower was also not working

bathrooms are dirty. rooms are smelling very bad. a/c not working properly & water coming out from a/c. bathrooms items are not there even water bottle/jug they are not providing. landline is not in room. t.v is not working. dustbin is not given. while asking extra pillow they refused. overall if any one allow me to stay without cost still i will not go there.

I had high expectations given the price, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. There was no complimentary water provided, and the light issues were quite frustrating. Additionally, the lack of power backup added to the inconvenience. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality and service
