Terrible Experience – Rude Staff and Dirty Room!
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The condition of the room and the service were far below acceptable standards:
The headboard near the bed was torn and peeling, making the room look very shabby (see photos).
The AC was broken, filthy, and leaking, causing stains on the wall.
Walls were dirty, full of stains and scribbles — clearly not cleaned or maintained properly.
There were no towels provided in the room.

room ac is not working there is algae on the tap of the room almira is also broken and no facilities like towel shanpoo soap everything we have to arrange from outside of the hotel

In this hotel room is perfect but washroom and boothroom are wrost, the Tap is very dirty and toilet is broken and his serving cattle is very dirty.

bathrooms are dirty. rooms are smelling very bad. a/c not working properly & water coming out from a/c. bathrooms items are not there even water bottle/jug they are not providing. landline is not in room. t.v is not working. dustbin is not given. while asking extra pillow they refused.
overall if any one allow me to stay without cost still i will not go there.
