first they denied booking, not accepting booking receipt, afterwards contacting customers cares, then they’re giving room’s, very frustrating, but after conference calls with customers cares all things okay, thanks customers cares teams 🙏🙏🙏

very poor service.. no room service, no door well, nothing food arrangements, Washroom was very duty, no security, no water in washroom, no newspaper.... over all nothing is batter is there, from booking a room, I've called to the owner of this hotel and ask him, AC is available in this room or not?? He told me that AC is available in this room, but at the check in time owner owner charged 200 extra amount for AC room, for one room only for 1 night. over all very poor experience..

The rooms are not at all same as shown, there are cobwebs in room and lots of white cement patches in the room , also my parents are senior citizen s and can't use Indian toilet but even after the complain their room was not changed and they had to use the same Indian pot
