Need to improve the overall hygiene. Toilet seat was very dirty, it had black stains on it as it is not being cleaned on regular basis for very long time and it is too old (it should be replace). On request of Cleaning, cleaning lady will come and just put so liquid soup in the toilet pot and basin and will go as if she did a very good job. And then will ask for some money (tip). Don't order food in the room... they charge more than double for room order. Very arrogant lady who speaks hindi wil ...more

I booked two rooms 20 days before, after arrival they gave me rooms on different floor why..? for 6 person only 4 pillow..?

i had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. the room and bathroom were not hygienic at all and had a very bad smell. the housekeeping was poor, and the room was messy upon arrival. additionally, the service from the staff was disappointing, as they were unresponsive and not helpful. overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

it's the worst hotel to stay as the room's are conjusted and the hospitality is very bad not proper to go with family.....these many years it's the worst experience as the staff doesn't respond to the goibibo customer care worst behaviour

worst hotel I've stayed at recently through goibibo. i vacated room within hours. no ac working, even after complaining the lady is least bothered. moreover very congested and feeling discomfort in breathing as there no proper air circulation thru AC or other ways. Fan is just at height of 6 feet 🤪. dormitory far better. i lost money thousand bugs but happy to save my life.

the bed sheets are worst full of dark strains on a white bed sheet which was almost changed the colour.i asked to change three times & all are alike the pillow covers are horrible.hence the stay was bad
