The caretaker is very bad, the stay is however fine, but the bathtub js not functional, look for options around this hotel as they are also charging 300 extra for heater I did not like it they are charging 300 extra for heater

Hands down the best property at this budget in Manali, it's 4 to 5 KM from Mall road but the distance is worth it. amazing host.. food was super delicious.. room.. living room.. just perfect.. I will stay at this property every time I visit Manali. WHOLE PROPERTY

Awesome experience staying this home stay. Mr Prem is a very good host . We stayed for one night . To size is small for 4 people but it is clean and having two balconies with excellent views. You can view the snow capped mountains from the comfort of your room or from the balconies. They have the kitchen and serve both veg and non veg food on demand . They serve tasty home cooked food with love. We enjoyed staying in this homestay and would like to visit next.

Best option for family who loves to chill in calm environment and suits who have kids below 3 years because of access to kitchen cook and eat healthy Parking space is low in the cottage of full.

Its mostly okish stay. The ambience is good. Lack of Amenities like heater(chargeable),electric bedsheet,etc. Safe.

The room was offered with stained linens. The geyser was not working. We stayed there without bath. Once the dinner was ordered , the waiter came after 40 mins saying , Sir what was your order we forgot. It was a good place but hospitality and facility was not good.

The rooms are quite big and made up of wood. Its very beautiful. The scene from the balcony is pretty awesome . Its like homestay. It is bit far from the mall road but perfect who ants to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staffs are rude. But the food is not up to the mark
