Pathetic service. there is no electricity for about an hour. in restaurant only dal fry and mix veg available. parks and pool occupied by locals like a public place. very bad experience. they spoil my birthday celebration

hotel is good but this time it was not working room is average according to money in 4000 we can get better room I booked only for one person small room

Service is pathetic .. TV not working.. WiFi networks not available...room showed during booking not matching .... accommodation & other services during booking mismatched....No regular entry formalities during check-in.

I have a short video which states the complete experience.The rooms were cery untidy and water was licking and was there all over the floor. When asked to clean,they said it cannot be done.The staff was very unprofessional and i was asked to leave before 8:00AM. I have call recording too to justify my statement.

very bad experience.. as the room given to us was messy i paod 1000 extra to upgrade to beyter room and was promised complimentary breakfast. howerver they never gave it and we paid extra 600 for breakfast @ sagar ratna. overall very bad experience.

Hotel is comfortable. Location is far from the main city and transportable not available, only personal vehicle will help.
