we have booked the room with one single bed , but there is no comfortness in bed, they have givs us two bedsheets, I already raised the issue with reception but they told with us we don't have any room with single bedsheets, this is really bed from 4 star hotel management.

I recently stayed at Sliver Cloud located in and overall, my experience was positive.
The room was clean, spacious, well-decorated with comfortable bed, clean linens, good lighting, etc. The bathroom amenities, view, air conditioning were excellent.
The staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Special thanks to all staff member for their helpful attitude and special service.

Very bad experience. On king bed there were two uneven mattresses, couldn't sleep properly. Very very bad experience.

Great Stay at Hotel Silver Cloud
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Silver Cloud. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay.
The food was tasty, especially the breakfast buffet with a good variety. We also enjoyed a nice dinner at their restaurant.
As a couple, we really liked the peaceful vibe, cozy room, and rooftop views. It was a perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. Highly recommended!

I got a corner room, which was near the service lift. That kept making noise all night long.
Food was good here. Overall experience was not very good as I could not get a good sleep here
