Stayed for one day in a guest house. The guest house is 1 km to the central railway station. Rooms are not clean, Keeper is providing hot water in morning. ventilation is not there. The fan is working at max speed only. The only benefit is restaurants are nearby.

Hotel Silver Park guest house is situated close to Chennai central and Egmore railway station. Big clean rooms , spacious and well maintained.
near by lot of restaurants for food .Marina beach is approx 2 kms away , you can also visit Vandalor Zoo which is approx 2 hours . Apart from that T Nagar market is good for shopping.
nice hotel for family stay .

Silver Park guest house is situated very near to Chennai Central and Egmore railway station. Good rooms with enough space and well maintained
Lot of restaurants are nearby and Marina beach is approximately 2kms away . recommended

staff behaviour was fine. room was very spacious. otherwise everything is want to improve. nowadays every hotels provide towel soap shampoo hot water and another things for below rs 600 room tariff. but they didn't provide towel soap shampoo. these are complimentary in all hotels. i paid rs 830. their services worth for rs 600 only. room was spacious and staffs are good manners.

I had booked a Non ac room.
Pros:
Clean washroom
Have early check in facility
Near to railway station
Friendly staff
Cons:
Room not cleaned properly and was full of dust.
