Good for a family stay and food was delicious.. avoid during peak time coz it's situated on the mall road.. and u will face a heavy traffic during heavy season ..

Good place to stay near market every thing is near hotel only the bathroom is little smelly other wise stay was great fast service get view from the hotel

we booked Maharaja 4 bedded room...but from starting till end we had a pathetic experience. There's no electric cattle tea or coffee maker even in Maharaja Category rooms. bed sheets were old...bulb in the room fuse...corridor stinks...washroom are in too bad condition with water logging issues. Except for a cheap soap no toiletries provided. No dental kits... staff is not friendly at all...I won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel..they are too arrogant because of their location at Mall road...except for this there is nothing in the hotel.

we stayed 2nd time in this property after 4 years and it's degraded over this period. Good time about the property is cooperative staff and located on Mall road. Doesn't provide water bottles instead they give RO water, BadSheet was not available for change. Not worth

this time I have a very bad experience, the hotel owner gave us the same rooms the next day ( all three rooms) and he said he has received only for my booking, what type of service are you giving very bad experience this time .
